Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for an Associate Director of Custom Recruitment at M3 Global Research, an M3 company.

Job Description

The Associate Director of Custom Recruitment oversees and manages the US Custom Recruitment team, making sure that internal resources are effectively assigned to projects. This role focuses on reducing outsource rates, increasing gross profit at the project level, and lowering third-party costs. The Associate Director collaborates with teams in Sales, Client Services, Fieldwork, and Panel to create and implement custom recruitment strategies that can scale, ensuring high-quality recruitment for both qualitative and quantitative market research projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Including, but not limited to the following:

Lead the project custom recruitment strategy, ensuring clear processes and guidelines are in place and followed, with the aim to reduce outsource cost and grow M3 Global Research panel
Assist team in strategizing and introducing new custom recruitment options, to expand our recruitment options, as well as continuously investigating ways to improve our gross profit on a project level
Join internal kick-off calls to discuss fieldwork strategy, and help develop plans for execution, and continuously monitoring to ensure the project plan is carried out
Monitor the results of improvements to custom recruitment and share audit reports with team leaders to enable accountability and further process enhancement and adoption
Manage, mentor, appraise and develop allocated staff, ensuring they are working effectively and meeting KPIs
Partner with the Panel team to ensure we are focusing on panel building efforts on audiences that will lead to higher profitability and delivery to the business
Lead initiatives to further develop our social media outreach and digital strategies on a project level
Assess technology requirements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency in custom recruitment strategies
Lead or participate in applicable taskforces or working groups that will help promote business objectives (gross profit, third-party cost reduction, etc.)
Partner with other M3 companies to strategize synergies that could further enhance project feasibility
Conduct internal audits to evaluate staff adherence to custom recruitment processes and quality across the project lifecycle, delivering reports and proposing actionable plans and processes to improve project level profit and clients and panelists satisfaction
Assist with the integration of future acquisitions to ensure future companies follow best practices when it comes to custom recruitment
Qualifications
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 5 years in market research
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quantitative or Qualitative Market Research Project Management or Fieldwork
Minimum of 2 years managing a staff of 3+ employees
Knowledge, Skill, Ability
Extensive experience in an active Quantitative or Qualitative Project or Panel Management role in a medical/healthcare market research field
Comprehensive knowledge of patient recruitment and securing hard to reach patient targets
Thorough understanding of domestic and international market research projects
Ability to lead a team made up of both junior and senior team members
Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday
Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
Well-developed analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word, and be a quick learner of new technologies/software
