Job Description:
InGenesis is currently seeking a Physician Administrator to work with our client.In this role, you will supervise medical and non-medical clinic personnel.

Job Duties:
•Develops policies and procedures for assigned areas.
•Prepares and/or oversees preparation of budget and necessary reports.
•Reviews complex rehabilitation plans by private providers.
•Develops and implements peer review and quality assurance system.
•Provides consultation where medical assistance is needed.
•Assists with implementation of plan for medical services in institutions/developmental centers.
•Participates on various committees to discuss goals, objectives, and to integrate unit functions.
•Advises, teaches, and participates in educational programs.
•Performs other duties as required for the department.
Minimum Qualifications:
•Certificate to practice medicine as issued by the State Medical Board.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Proficient in the use of personal computer.
